Royal Moose Coffee Company

The goal of the ad is to help build the brand identity of the company by better utilizing the imagery of the moose as a mascot in order to make the brand more cohesive. This will help the brand to be more identifiable to new customers to encourage a consistent customer base.

The Royal Moose Coffee Company is a locally owned and operated family. They focus on presenting themselves as a small town company, serving as an active pillar in the community. Their aesthetics are warm toned and Homey, helping to make them come across as an interpersonal brand.

The ad campaign consists of a set of three images of drinks served at the royal moose coffee company, an iced coffee, hot coffee and matcha green tea. All three drinks have a simplistic background meant to imply a coffee shop, with a color unique to the respective drink. Each cup is front and center in the ad with a drop shadow that gives it the appearance of having moose antlers. This gives the ad more of a comedic tone without moving into an absurd subject matter. The tagline of the campaign, “LET MOOSE A LITTLE” helps tie the campaign into a carefree and somewhat impulsive urge that we want to create in our audience.

This will present the coffee at the establishment as not only something that they should consider a treat or a luxury, but as something that they should want to splurge on for themselves. The more lighthearted tone of the ad accomplishes this would making the consumer feel pressured or forced to spend their money.
